Prohibited Without Written Permission
- copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying a Product;
- modification, decompilation, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works;
- using a Product for commercial purposes not covered by a subscription;
- providing access to a Product to third parties;
- removing or altering copyright notices.
A Product nanga its source code are confidential information of a Copyright Holder.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
A Copyright Holder shall not be liable for any damages arising from a use or inability to use a Product. Disi license automatically terminates upon violation of a Offer terms or expiration of a subscription.
