Instead of a blunt "ban everyone", there are now conditions. To send a link, a member save first: join the group, subscribe to blong iu channel or invite friends. Now iu save filter by a member's attributes — fo example, allow links only from those who have a @username or photo (spam bots usually don't). And the links themselves are filtered by category, so iu separate the useful from the unwanted without banning everything.
