Prohibited Without Written Permission
- copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying the Product;
- modification, decompilation, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works;
- using the Product fo commercial purposes not covered by a subscription;
- providing access to the Product to third parties;
- removing or altering copyright notices.
The Product an its source code are confidential information of the Copyright Holder.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
The Copyright Holder shall not be liable fo any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product. Disfala license automatically terminates upon violation of the Offer terms or expiration of the subscription.
