Regarding refunds for services provided by the Telegram bot "Mod Assistant Bot"
This Refund Policy establishes the procedure for refunding payments for services provided by Mod Assistant Bot (hereinafter — Company, Administration, we).
1. General Provisions
The Policy regulates conditions and procedures for refunding payments made by Users for Company services, including subscriptions purchased through the platform or Telegram bot.
2. Refund Conditions
Right to Refund: Users may request refunds within 14 calendar days from the moment of payment if the service was not fully provided or does not match the website description.
Grounds for Refund:
- Service was not provided due to Company fault;
- Service has significant defects preventing use;
- User declined the service before it began (e.g., before subscription activation).
Exceptions:
- Refunds are not provided if service was fully delivered (e.g., subscription activated and used);
- Bonus funds cannot be refunded or withdrawn;
- No refunds if the User violates platform terms.
3. Refund Procedure
The User must submit a request via the website contact form or Telegram bot, providing:
- Order number or transaction ID;
- Reason for the refund request;
- Payment details (if applicable).
Review Period: 7 business days from receipt.
Processing: Upon approval, funds return to the wallet balance or original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Party Obligations
Company Obligations:
- review refund requests within established timeframes;
- process refunds per this Policy;
- notify the User of request status via email or Telegram bot.
User Obligations:
- provide accurate data and payment documentation;
- comply with service terms;
- submit refund requests within the deadline.
5. Amendments
The Company may modify this Policy with 7-day notice via website or Telegram bot.
