Regarding the Processing of Personal Data When Using the Telegram Bot "Mod Assistant Bot"
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — Policy) establishes the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users (hereinafter — User) of the Telegram bot "Mod Assistant Bot" (@ModAssistantBot), provided by Individual Entrepreneur Polyushkevich Ivan Sergeevich (hereinafter — Operator, Administration, we).
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy is compiled in accordance with Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
1.2. By using the Telegram bot "Mod Assistant Bot," the User agrees with this Policy and consents to the processing of personal data.
1.3. If the User disagrees with the Policy conditions, they must stop using the Bot.

2.1. When using the Bot, the following data may be processed:
- Telegram ID (unique identifier);
- Username (if provided);
- First and last name (if provided);
- Interface language (language_code);
- Name and ID of Telegram groups and channels to which the Bot is connected;
- Data on activity within the Bot;
- Subscription data (if applicable);
- Payment history (when using paid features).
2.2. Technical information may also be processed: registration date, commands, IP addresses (via Telegram API), session data.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
- User registration in the system;
- Providing access to Bot functionality;
- User identification;
- Storage and display of personal settings;
- Payment processing (if subscription exists);
- Sending notifications and messages (if required);
- Provision of technical support;
- Service quality improvement;
- Compliance with applicable legislation.
4. Data Storage and Protection
4.1. All data is stored in a secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
4.2. The Operator takes all reasonable measures to ensure data security, including secure connection, data isolation in the database, and limitation of data access.
4.3. Data is not transmitted to third parties, except for the payment provider (during payment) and government authorities upon legal requirement.
5. Data Retention Period
Personal data is stored throughout the entire period of Bot use or until the User withdraws consent. After account deletion or consent withdrawal, data is subject to destruction or depersonalization, except in cases provided by law.
6. User Rights
- Know what data about them is stored;
- Request correction or deletion of personal data;
- Withdraw consent for processing;
- Limit processing of personal data.

The Bot does not use cookies but may use Telegram API analytics tools (for example, Bot API statistics, internal activity counters).
8. Policy Changes
The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The new version enters into force from the moment of its publication on the website.
