Regarding di Processing of Personal Data When Using di Telegram Bot "Mod Assistant Bot"

Dis Privacy Policy (hereinafter — Policy) establishes di procedure for processing ɛn protecting personal data of users (hereinafter — User) of di Telegram bot "Mod Assistant Bot" (@ModAssistantBot), provided by Individual Entrepreneur Polyushkevich Ivan Sergeevich (hereinafter — Operator, Administration, wi).

  • Payment history (when using paid features).

2.2. Technical information may also be processed: registration date, commands, IP addresses (via Telegram API), session data.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

  • User registration in di system;
  • Providing access to Bot functionality;
  • User identification;
  • Storage ɛn display of personal settings;
  • Payment processing (if subscription exists);
  • Sending notifications ɛn messages (if required);
  • Provision of technical support;
  • Service quality improvement;
  • Compliance wit applicable legislation.

4. Data Storage ɛn Protection

4.1. All data is stored in a secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.

  • Withdraw consent for processing;
  • Limit processing of personal data.
