Di development team Mod Assistant Bot Team (di "Provider") publishes dis Public Offer Agreement for di conclusion of a contract for di provision of informational ɛn auxiliary services using di Telegram bot "Mod Assistant Bot".
1. Definitions
1.1. Bot — software hosted on Telegram under di name "Mod Assistant Bot" (@ModAssistantBot), designed to automate moderation, filter messages, ɛn manage groups/channels.
1.2. User — an individual or legal entity dat accepts di terms of dis Offer ɛn uses di Bot.
1.3. Client — a User who has added di Bot to their group/channel ɛn/or activated a paid subscription.
1.4. Services — provision of access to di Bot's functionality, including free ɛn paid features.
2. Subject of di Offer
2.1. Di Provider grants di User access to di functionality of di Bot under di terms set forth in dis Offer.
2.2. Di User agrees to comply wit di terms of use ɛn, for a paid subscription, to renew it in a timely manner.
3. Procedure for Concluding di Agreement
3.1. Dis Agreement is concluded in di form of a Public Offer.
3.2. Acceptance of di Offer means:
- launching di Bot in a private chat (pressing di Start button);
- adding di Bot to a Telegram group or channel;
- activating a paid subscription via integrated payment systems.
3.3. From di moment of acceptance, dis Agreement is considered concluded.
3.4. Di User confirms dat they have reached di age required to independently enter into an agreement (but not less than 13 years of age).
4. Terms of Service Provision
4.1. Di Bot's functionality is provided according to subscription tiers described on di official website ɛn/or in di Bot's interface.
4.2. Subscription tiers may be free (Trial or Free) or paid (Start, Basic, Gold, Pro, Ultra, Titan, Max).
4.3. Paid services are provided only after successful payment.
4.4. Services are considered rendered from di moment di subscription tier is activated.
5. Pricing ɛn Payment
5.1. Current tariffs ɛn subscription durations are published on di website ɛn/or in di Bot's interface.
5.2. Payment is made online via Telegram Payments or other connected gateways. Refunds are not provided after payment, except as required by applicable law.
5.3. Di Provider does not store di User's bank card details — processing is carried out by third-party providers in compliance wit PCI DSS.
6. Rights ɛn Obligations of di Parties
Di Provider undertakes to ensure access to di Bot (except during maintenance), promptly fix errors ɛn update di Bot, ɛn ensure di security of personal data.
Di User undertakes to use di Bot for its intended purpose, not disrupt di platform, ɛn not use di Bot for illegal activities or spam.
7. Liability of di Parties
7.1. Di Provider is not liable for failures of di Telegram platform, payment systems, or third-party services.
7.2. Di Provider's liability is limited to di amount paid for di current subscription period.
7.3. Under no circumstances shall di Provider be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to di Bot, its source code, design, ɛn logos belong to Mod Assistant Bot Team. Copying, reverse engineering, ɛn modification are prohibited without written permission.
9. Term ɛn Amendments
Dis Offer enters into force upon publication ɛn remains valid indefinitely. Di Provider reserves di right to amend it; continued use constitutes acceptance of di new version.
10. Governing Law
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, in accordance wit di rules of di Telegram platform.
