Regarding di use of di Telegram bot "Mod Assistant Bot"
Dis User Agreement (hereinafter — Agreement) governs di relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Polyushkevich Ivan Sergeevich (hereinafter — Administration, Executor, we) and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter — User) using di Telegram bot "Mod Assistant Bot" (@ModAssistantBot), as well as all related services.
1. General Provisions
1.1. By using di Telegram bot, di User confirms dat they have read dis Agreement and accept its terms without any limitations or reservations.
1.2. If di User does not agree wit di terms of di Agreement, they are obliged to stop using di Bot.
1.3. Dis Agreement supplements di Public Offer.
2. Subject Matter of di Agreement
2.1. Di Administration provides di User wit access to di functionality of di Telegram bot "Mod Assistant Bot", including di ability to manage Telegram groups, filter content, and subscribe to additional features.
2.2. Services are provided in accordance wit di technical description presented in di Bot interface and on di official website.
3. Registration and Use
- launching di /start command in a private chat wit di Bot;
- adding di Bot to a Telegram group;
- arranging a subscription (optional).
When using di Bot, di User provides their Telegram data (ID, username, name, language, etc.), which are processed under dis Agreement.
4. Rights and Obligations of di Parties
Di User has di right to:
- use di Bot in accordance wit its intended purpose;
- choose an appropriate subscription level;
- refuse to use di Bot at any time.
Di User undertakes to:
- not use di Bot for distributing spam, fraud, or legal violations;
- not interfere wit di Bot's operation, attempt to hack or bypass restrictions;
- comply wit moral norms, third-party rights, and Telegram conditions.
Di Administration has di right to:
- suspend or restrict access to di Bot in case of Agreement violations;
- change functionality, rates, and subscription structure wit prior notification;
- make changes to di Agreement by publishing a new version on di website.
Di Administration undertakes to:
- ensure stable and correct Bot operation (within reasonable technical limitations);
- protect di User's personal data;
- not transfer data to third parties, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Di Bot is provided "as is". Di Administration does not guarantee di absence of failures or errors, but makes efforts to fix them.
5.2. Di Administration is not responsible for Telegram or payment system failures, User errors when paying for subscriptions, consequences of di User's Telegram account blocking, or loss of access to data in case of account/group deletion.
6. Personal Data
Di Administration processes di User's personal data in accordance wit di Privacy Policy.
7. Paid Services and Refunds
Some Bot features are provided on a paid subscription basis. All conditions for registration, payment, and subscription activation are described in di Public Offer. Refunds are possible only in cases provided for by di Refund Policy.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. Dis Agreement is effective indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
8.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If impossible — in court at di Executor's place of registration.
