Regarding the use of the Telegram bot "Mod Assistant Bot"
Hemia User Agreement (hereinafter — Agreement) governs the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Polyushkevich Ivan Sergeevich (hereinafter — Administration, Executor, yumi) mo an individual or legal entity (hereinafter — User) using the Telegram bot "Mod Assistant Bot" (@ModAssistantBot), as well as evriwan related services.
1. General Provisions
1.1. By using the Telegram bot, the User confirms that they have read hemia Agreement mo accept its terms without any limitations or reservations.
1.2. If the User does not agree wetem the terms of the Agreement, they are obliged to stop using the Bot.
1.3. Hemia Agreement supplements the Public Offer.
2. Subject Matter of the Agreement
2.1. The Administration provides the User wetem access to the functionality of the Telegram bot "Mod Assistant Bot", including the ability to manage Telegram groups, filter content, mo subscribe to additional features.
2.2. Services are provided in accordance wetem the technical description presented in the Bot interface mo on the official website.
3. Registration mo Use
- launching the /start command in a private chat wetem the Bot;
- adding the Bot to a Telegram group;
- arranging a subscription (optional).
When using the Bot, the User provides their Telegram data (ID, username, name, language, etc.), which are processed under hemia Agreement.
4. Rights mo Obligations of the Parties
The User has the right to:
- use the Bot in accordance wetem its intended purpose;
- choose an appropriate subscription level;
- refuse to use the Bot at any time.
The User undertakes to:
- not use the Bot blong distributing spam, fraud, or legal violations;
- not interfere wetem the Bot's operation, attempt to hack or bypass restrictions;
- comply wetem moral norms, third-party rights, mo Telegram conditions.
The Administration has the right to:
- suspend or restrict access to the Bot in case of Agreement violations;
- change functionality, rates, mo subscription structure wetem prior notification;
- make changes to the Agreement by publishing a new version on the website.
The Administration undertakes to:
- ensure stable mo correct Bot operation (within reasonable technical limitations);
- protect the User's personal data;
- not transfer data to third parties, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Bot is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee the absence of failures or errors, but makes efforts to fix them.
5.2. The Administration is not responsible blong Telegram or payment system failures, User errors when paying blong subscriptions, consequences of the User's Telegram account blocking, or loss of access to data in case of account/group deletion.
6. Personal Data
The Administration processes the User's personal data in accordance wetem the Privacy Policy.
7. Paid Services mo Refunds
Some Bot features are provided on a paid subscription basis. All conditions blong registration, payment, mo subscription activation are described in the Public Offer. Refunds are possible only in cases provided blong by the Refund Policy.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. Hemia Agreement is effective indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
8.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If impossible — in court at the Executor's place of registration.
