Links are both useful an di main source of spam in chats. In dis update we made link moderation truly flexible: yuh decide who can send which links.
Conditions for sending links
Instead of a blunt "ban everyone", deh are now conditions. To send a link, a member can first: join di group, subscribe to yuh channel or invite friends. Dis not only protects against random advertisers but turns di right to post a link into a growth tool — people subscribe an bring in new members.
Member an link filters
Now yuh can filter by a member's attributes — for example, allow links only from those who have a @username or photo (spam bots usually don't). And di links themselves are filtered by category, so yuh separate di useful from di unwanted without banning everything.
Black an white lists
Full control: add domains an members to a blacklist to block, or to a whitelist to always allow. And deletion notifications can be set up however suits yuh: quietly clean di chat or warn di offender.
